The role

We are seeking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Account Manager to help drive our growth and success in the UK market. In this role, you’ll manage and expand our existing client base, build strong, lasting relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that promote our innovative green solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Drive sales and business development initiatives.

* Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery.

* Oversee contract negotiations and budget management.

* Provide comprehensive product training to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

* Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.

* Exceptional communication and strong negotiation skills to build lasting relationships.

* Project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

* Passion for sustainability and a drive to promote ecological landscaping solutions.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools.

* Background in horticulture or a related field (preferred but not essential).
