This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable regional contractor on a high-profile scheme, providing key support to the Project Manager as the development reaches its final stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day site management support to the Project Manager.

Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered to the highest standard.

Manage health and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Act as a key client-facing representative, maintaining strong communication and ensuring satisfaction.

Assist in the handover process of the project, ensuring all requirements are met.

*

Report on project progress, addressing any issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on commercial construction projects.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

Experience working on bespoke or high-value projects.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications – essential.

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a client-first approach.
