Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

* Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

* Monitor and evaluate production staff performance, providing constructive feedback.

* Identify recruitment needs and manage staffing requirements effectively.

* Foster teamwork and collaboration across the production team and other departments.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, including health and safety guidelines.

* Manage scheduling and resource allocation to meet production targets.

* Support career development and advancement opportunities for production staff.

Production Oversight:

* Develop strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

* Execute the daily production plan while communicating performance against targets and KPIs.

* Identify and implement process improvements for quality, safety, and productivity.

* Plan and manage production processes to maintain high standards.

Health and Safety Management:

* Champion a culture of health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment.

* Implement and uphold health and safety regulations and procedures.

* Report and investigate incidents, implementing corrective actions in line with the company policy.
