Involve Recruitment are in seach of an experienced Commercial Build Site Manager. Join our clients dynamic team in Caerphilly and take the lead on exciting projects valued between £250,000 and £1.5 million.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Manage project budgets and ensure accurate reporting.

About You:

* Proven experience as a Commercial build Site Manager, ideally with projects of similar value.

* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid

* Strong organizational and leadership skills.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Full UK driving license (essential)
