Job Title: Property Inspector
Location: Moston (M40)
Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 3 weeks
Working Pattern: Full Time /35 hours/ M-F
Hourly rate: £14.72
Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections in accordance with the Housing, Health & Safety, Requirements, Standards (HHSRS) guidelines
Complete detailed reports outlining any potential hazards or issues discovered during inspections
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
Provide recommendations for improvement to ensure properties meet required standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections and findings
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Completion of HHSRS training
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous experience in property inspection or related field
Knowledge of local regulations and legislation related to property inspections
Technologies:
Proficiency in using digital inspection tools
Knowledge of relevant software and systems
