We’re working with a fantastic business who are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for several schemes starting in Devon. The tier one business supports a healthy work life balance with hybrid working, flexible hours, personal and professional development.

The business is on a journey of growth and aim to turn over £500m in 2026, with some major projects as well as regional work across the South West. They specialise in highways, rail and infrastructure projects up to £50m as well as one-off schemes on HS2 and the security of frameworks with local authorities.

Experience of working with NEC Contracts is essential.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties:

* Working with the project team to record costs, change and variation

* Minimise cost and risk of the project and enhance value for money

* Provide commercial support to the engineering staff

* Manage costs and budget in line with the NEC contract

* Raise early warning notices, compensation events

* Forecasting and CVR’s
