Location: Derby based, covering East Mids region
Salary: Up to £50,000 based on experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator with a number of years experience in roofing and cladding to join our growing team. You will be responsible for preparing competitive and precise cost estimates for a range of roofing and cladding projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for roofing and cladding projects
Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities
Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and regulations

What we need:

Proven experience as an Estimator in the roofing and cladding industry
Strong knowledge of materials, installation methods, and industry regulations
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
