We are looking for a Caretaker to join the team of an established organisation on a temporary basis, helping to cover residential cleaning needs whilst ensuring excellent customer service.

Caretaker

Monday to Friday/ 35 hours

Solihull, B37

Temporary - 3 months

As a Caretaker, your main duties will be travelling across residential sites to:

Ensure high levels of cleanliness are obtained
Carry out general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, tidying
Empty bins and remove waste/ litter picking
Removalof furniture or bulk items
Touch up painting As a Caretaker, you will need:

Previous cleaning experience
