Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the electrical aspects of a large-scale new build project, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

* Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications.

* Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, resolving any issues that arise during the construction phase.

Requirements:

* Essential: Electrical qualifications and SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

* Proven experience in managing electrical installations on large-scale, high-rise residential or multi-use development projects.

* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

* Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
