A boutique chartered surveying practice is seeking a skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to work with a diverse portfolio of privately owned residential properties and social housing projects.

The Chartered Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will take on a core role delivering traditional Building Surveying services to a broad client base. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of instructions, including building surveys, contract administration, party wall matters, reinstatement cost assessments (RCAs), and project management.

You will be instrumental in maintaining the practice's reputation for high-quality service, while contributing to the smooth delivery of professional and project-based surveying tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting building surveys and preparing detailed reports
Managing contract administration for refurbishment and maintenance projects
Handling party wall matters and reinstatement cost assessments
Leading project management tasks across both residential and social housing sectors
Developing and nurturing strong client relationshipsThe Ideal Chartered Building Surveyor

MRICS qualification
Experience with residential and social housing portfolios
Strong understanding of contract administration and party wall matters
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple projectsIn Return?

£55,000 - £65,000
