As we expand our reach, we’re looking for an energetic Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager to join our team and drive all marketing efforts for Pure and Pure Executive.
 
The Role:
As our Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager, you’ll play a part in creating our marketing strategy, engaging target audiences, and enhancing our brand presence in the recruitment sector. In a team of two you’ll be involved in everything from brand development, digital innovation, PR, and events. Whether it’s shaping marketing campaigns, optimising our website with our external team, lead generation, networking and running events to producing content that resonates, you’ll be part of a team with a direct hand in our growth.
 
What You’ll Do:

Contribute to the development and execute marketing plans to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Create engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms to strengthen client, candidate, and partner relationships.
Stay ahead of digital trends, advising on potential opportunities for Pure to remain a market leader.
Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistency across all initiatives, from Pure Executive, Best Employer to our Women’s Leadership Programme.
Manage event marketing and PR efforts, building impactful campaigns and reporting effectiveness.
Manage and assign workload between yourself and Marketing Executive
