Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator

A leading Facilities Management contractor specialising in full HVAC M&E projects and maintenance contracts, are looking for a driven projects administrator to join the team, based in Dartford supporting the Project Managers with financial, administrative, coordination and quality assurance support. Paid up to £32K with the opportunity to progress into Project Management if this is of interest.

* M&E Projects Administrator will be based in an office near Dartford working within a friendly dynamic team
* M&E Projects Administrator will be performing a wide variety of administrative and financial duties and producing reports for monthly status updates
* M&E Projects Administrator will be carrying out finance reporting for P&L reviews, forecasting, debt, WIP and OPO's
* M&E Projects Administrator will be raising Subcontractor Purchase orders, and sales invoices
* M&E Projects Administrator will be updating and developing documentation such as H&S and CDM files
* M&E Projects Administrator will provide general administrative support to the Head of Projects and Senior Project Managers
* M&E Projects Administrator will be paid up to £32,000 basic + package

To be successful as the Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator

* M&E Projects Administrator will be experienced in working within a project coordinator role previously
* M&E Projects Administrator will be experienced in M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance administration
* M&E Projects Administrator will live in commuting distance to Dartford
* M&E Projects Administrator will have a can-do attitude with drive to progress their career within the business
* M&E Projects Administrator with concept experience and finance experience would be of great benefit

Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator will be paid up to £32,000 basic + package.
