Salary: £47,745 per annum

Contract: 3-month Temporary booking starting on 15th July

Type: Full-time (35 hours a week)

Job Description:

To provide legal advice and representation in regulatory law proceedings.

Person Specification:

- Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Barrister

- Expert knowledge of either regulatory, criminal, employment, public law or civil litigation

- Relevant post graduate qualification experience in any of the relevant knowledge areas

- Experience of managing a large case load

- Ability to advise and represent members on all aspects of regulatory law

- Able to deal with difficult people, resilient, confident, teachable and willing to make mistakes

- Experienced in healthcare regulation and ethics, understand NMC process.
