ROLE: Customer Service Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Accounts

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our client's commercial division and lead their Internal Commercial Team. The successful candidate will oversee the existing commercial team, ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, and facilitate bookings and enquiries from commercial customers. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for setting standards, developing the team, maintaining relationships with commercial customers, and ensuring SLAs and expectations are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
