What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the sales team to success. Your responsibilities will include:​

* Leading and Mentoring: Guide a dynamic sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.​

* Qualifying New Leads: Implement strategies to identify and assess potential clients who can benefit from our assistive technology solutions.​

* Nurturing Prospects: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our products.​

* Researching Opportunities: Identify new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to position effectively.​

* Presentations and Networking: Deliver compelling presentations and at industry events, enhancing our visibility and outreach.​

You'll have the advantage of working alongside the on-site technical support and development teams, providing you with the resources to highlight product benefits, address client concerns, and drive sales opportunities effectively.​

About You

* Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams, preferably within the technology or assistive technology sectors.​
