Teaching Assistant

Location: Grantham

Salary: £85 - £100 per day

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in their education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Grantham, starting immediately.

Responsibilities:

Assist students with classroom activities and lessons.
Provide one-to-one support for students with additional needs.
Collaborate with teachers to create a positive learning environment.
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote engagement.
Requirements:

Experience working with young people in an educational or care setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
Flexibility to adapt to varied classroom needs.
