Telesales Executive’s Responsibilities  

Make warm calls to customers who have expressed an interest in the product and requested more information
Explain the details and close the sale
Telesales Executive’s Requirements 

Background in telesales, telemarketing, sales, customer service, care, hospitality – as full sales and product training will be given
Confident and professional telephone manner
Target driven with a positive personality 
Good IT skills
