Maintenance Engineer - Commercial buildings.

For the successful Maintenance Engineer our client is offering: 

£40,000 per annum 
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm 
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out Rota (if wanted)
Permanent contract
Van and Fuel card provided and can use for personal use

The Role: Maintenance Engineer 

Working in Cardiff and surrounding area
Repairs and maintenance on commercial buildings
Electrical maintenance 
General building work
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations 
Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer 

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in electrics or plumbing ESSENTIAL
Electrical experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
M&E Biased
