Setsquare are working on behalf of a large social housing client with a base in Blackburn.

You'll be carrying out planned and responsive maintenance across their properties.

You'll be part of the voids team working on empty properties.

Working from a PDA, you'll be carrying out maintenance and repair jobs across social housing properties in Lancashire.

What you'll get:
- £20-£22 an hour CIS
- Ongoing work

What we need from you:
- Qualified plasterer
- Previous social housing experience is a bonus
- Own van is ideal (45p paid per mile)
