Operations Manager - home working with travel to London and Surrey
Ashdown have been engaged by a growing IT and Security Services provider to assist in their search for an Operations Manager. This is offered on a 90% remote based working pattern with monthly trips to their London and Surrey based offices.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will be a pivotal position within the organisation. You will be responsible for dealing with external clients and internal stakeholders across the business, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
This is a wide reaching role, covering supporting the executive team, running the compliance (ISO) operational matters such as contracts and HR administration, payroll calculations, process development and improvement and monitoring, managing, and reporting on company NPS score.
In this role you will often have to wear multiple hats and juggle competing priorities, whilst remaining calm and delivery focussed. It is imperative that you have experience working in a SME , ideally one which has gone through a significant growth trajectory. You'll need indepth knowledge of ISO compliance and a high degree of technical literacy working across CRM's and HR Systems as well as a high level proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and JIRA
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management.
• Act as the key contact for ISO standards, ensure compliance and prepare for ongoing certification.
• Manage all aspects of the office
• Process development and improvement.
• Ensure the project management system reflects the needs of the business and is amended as required.
• Monitor, manage, and report on company NPS score.
• Work with external stakeholders (clients, legal, HR consultancy, government agencies)
• Support the sales reporting function, calculating performance bonuses
• Manage supplier/client documentation and negotiate terms where appropriate.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle and ensure the HRIS is kept up to date.
This is a critical role within the company and the successful candidate will possess a high degree of discretion, organisational skills and drive. You will be the trusted support to the leadership team.
This is an urgent role and the client is looking for candidates who are available or short notice period.
Largely remote working with travel to London and Kingston Upon Thames needed monthly, with occasional extra office days. The salary on offer is up to £55,000 and performance bonus , 23 days holiday and other benefits
