About the role

Haringey Council's Housing Delivery team is leading on the delivery of the Council's number one priority programme. Our programme covers a broad range of housing schemes, from small infill sites to large, complex development projects. With work underway or completed on over 2,000 homes. The position involves leading the construction delivery of new build schemes, managing external consultants and delivery agents, and developing new initiatives to expand the housing development pipeline. You will bring a track record of working with diverse communities to bring forward and successfully deliver new housing initiatives. Have experience of procuring and managing external consultants and contractors.
