Site Manager:

Main workstream will be full roof covering replacements, however, workstream will vary depending on contract. You will be responsible for delivering up to £3m/annum
Must be capable of working in fast-paced environment, the role is a no home-working position.
You will have 25-30 live sites running at a time and be responsible for arranging scaffolding, asbestos removals, liaising with clients, weekly/monthly reports to contracts manager and programming works.
Must be IT literate, the role is 70% office-based at a laptop. (Using Word, Excel, Projects, Outlook, SafetyCulture), 30% out on site.
A roofing bias would be preferred but not essential, experience working for public sector clients and with tenants/tenanted dwellings preferred.
£55k + package including van and fuel card
