About You:
* Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Bring at least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare management.
* Possess strong knowledge of industry regulations and safeguarding best practices.
* Excel in communication and relationship-building, with a proactive and adaptable leadership style.
* Hold a valid driving license and be open to travel when needed.
