We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and manage the delivery of exceptional care in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day care services, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

About You:

* Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

* Bring at least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare management.

* Possess strong knowledge of industry regulations and safeguarding best practices.

* Excel in communication and relationship-building, with a proactive and adaptable leadership style.

* Hold a valid driving license and be open to travel when needed.
