Maintenance / Account Administrator | FM / Maintenance Industry | Sutton, Greater London | £28,000 - £32,000 + Employment Package.
Due to contract expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator / Account Administrator to join our growing team.
The business delivers Electrical, HVAC and Building Fabric maintenance and projects to a range of various commercial clientele. As the Maintenance Administrator, your role would be to support a handful of customer accounts from an administrative basis (duties listed further down).
Package:
* Job Title: Maintenance Administrator / Account Administrator.
* Status: Permanent, PAYE (Monthly pay schedule).
* Basic Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience.
* Paid overtime / call out rota for additional earnings (optional, not essential): Up to an additional £10K per annum.
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm.
* Location: Sutton, Greater London - Full time, office based role.

Duties / Responsibilities:
* As the Maintenance Administrator / Account Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for a select few clients that you are dedicated to.
* You will communicate with customers / clients, suppliers, engineers, colleagues and sub-contractors via telephone and email and potentially face to face at times.
* You will update / manage the company and client CAFM systems for your designated accounts - this may include; logging engineers in/out of jobs, ensuring engineers leave detailed job notes / reports, updating job notes for engineers, scheduling any out of hours works, updating clients on works, ordering parts/materials for engineers, issuing purchase orders (POs) to engineers etc.
* Use of Microsoft documents ie: Word, Excel etc.
* Communicating with the scheduling team who manage the engineers diary on a day to day basis.
Requirements:
* Able to work on a full time basis, based in Sutton, Greater London.
* Experience within the maintenance industry or service based industry would be extremely beneficial but not essential.
* A basic understanding of trades would be beneficial but not essential (electrical, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, plumbing etc).
* Must have fantastic organisational skills.
* Must be comfortable communicating via phone, email and at times face to face.
