Job title: English lecturer 

Contract: 26 hours per week on a temporary on going basis

Location: South Sheilds

You could be in a role, working term time only. How does being off during College holidays sound to you?

You would be working with the English department, as an English Lecturer within a FE College in South sheilds.

In this role, you would provide constructive feedback to students on their academic progress, contribute to curriculum development within the department and help with support for students.

Who are we looking for? A dynamic, innovative and passionate teacher to deliver GCSE English Language and Functional Skills English across the college

You will have good communication skills and experience of working with students delivering GCSE english lessons.

You will have a teaching qualification and a DBS on the update service.  

You work effectively as part of a team and can motivate and support young people.  

The college would be offering 26 hours per week, working term time only.
