Private Client Fee Earner
Location: Wombwell
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Our client is now looking for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their office in Wombwell. The successful candidate should be able to handle a mixed caseload from inception to completion, unassisted or with minimal assistance.

Previous experience: Must be able to work a caseload with minimal assistance

Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:
- Independently manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring all client work is completed to a high standard.
- Participate in business development activities to maintain existing client relationships and establish new ones
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to a diverse range of private clients on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, tax planning, probate, Court of Protection and Power of Attorney
- Administrative duties
