Role: Teaching Assistant

Our SEN School seeks an empathetic Teaching Assistant to support students aged 5-11 who experience social, emotional and mental health difficulties , behaviours that challenge, which are frequently associated with a wide range of complex conditions, including ASC, ADHD and Attachment Disorder. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to engage deeply in an inclusive school environment with supportive programs.

Who We’re Looking For :

- Experience with SEN or in supportive roles such as care work, mental health, or disability support is beneficial
-Passionate, resilient and adaptable, with strong verbal and written communication
-Team-oriented yet able to work independently and adapt to varied student needs
- Good & Positive role model

Requirements :

- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Minimum of x2 reference
- MUST have SEND experience
