As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our pre-construction phase, helping to ensure that our projects start on the right foot.

You will support the Principal Estimators by preparing detailed estimates and contributing to the early planning stages of various projects.

This role is perfect for those with a strong interest in the initial phases of construction and a desire to develop their skills in project estimation.

Your role will involve overseeing tenders across various sectors including Retail, Logistics, Technology, and Commercial, throughout the UK and Europe.

Based from the office outside of West London (On the M25) you will be handling tenders worth £20-50 within Design & Build Lump Sum Tenders

Key Responsibilities:

* •Assist in analysing project plans and specifications to prepare detailed pre-construction estimates.

* •Collaborate with senior estimators to gather and review project requirements and scope.

* •Support in evaluating and identifying potential risks and opportunities during the planning phase.

* •Research and compile cost data for materials, labour, and other project components.

* •Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotes and pricing information.

* •Maintain and update estimation tools and databases to reflect current market conditions.

* •Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive pre-construction reports and bid proposals.

Qualifications:

* •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

* •Basic understanding of pre-construction processes and cost estimation.

* •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

* •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

* •Effective communication and organizational skills.

* •Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
