Lettings Negotiator - Full time - Exeter City Centre - £(phone number removed) hours
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving the success of the lettings department by leading a team, managing high-value client relationships, and overseeing complex negotiations. This position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the property market, and the ability to manage key accounts while fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilties
Act as the point of contact for escalated client matters.
Manage key landlord relationships, meeting their expectations.
Negotiate and finalise high-value rental agreements.
Assist in forecasting rental market shifts and adjusting strategies.
Contribute to agency strategic planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and laws.
Take a holistic approach to leadership, team success, and agency growth.
Skills and Experience
Strong client management skills, handling high-level interactions and complex inquiries.
In-depth knowledge of market trends and data analysis for informed decisions.
Experience maintaining service quality and adherence to company standards.
Proven ability to manage key landlord relationships and negotiate high-value agreements.
Skilled at building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
