Our client is a Financial Services business, they are looking to recruit a skilled Finance/Mortgage Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is too providegeneral and financial admin support to the team and clients.
Main responsibilities include:
* Efficient running of the office
* Using a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases
* Managing online and paper filing systems
* Processing mortgage applications
* Maintaining client data in the office CRM system
* Conducting research and sourcing Mortgage products
* Answering calls and responding to client and lender queries
* Keeping clients and businesses up to date throughout the application process
* Function as the key point of contact for all potential and current clients
About yourself:
* Strong administration experience
* Excellent numeracy, literacy, communication skills, and attention to detail
* Be a quick learner, good telephone manner and confidence to liaise with clients
