Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

Valuing and appraising properties in the Benfleet area.
Generating leads through proactive prospecting and building rapport with clients.
Accompanying viewings and showcasing properties to their full potential.
Negotiating sales and securing the best possible deals for our vendors.
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role:

A strong understanding of the property market in Benfleet and surrounding areas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A results-oriented approach with a drive to exceed targets.
A passion for the property industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Salary & Benefits for this Sales Negotiator role include; 

Basic Salary: £28,000 - £29,000
On Target Earnings:£40,000 – £45,000
Additional Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance, Holidays Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Pension, Life Insurance, Phone Allowance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path.
