We are looking for a Records Officer to join our team
An office based position, your tasks will include but not be limited to -
· Moving boxes and paper files
· Willingness to be trained on systems
· Transferring paper files to electronic storage
· Undertake the appraisal of records
· Arrange the retrieval and delivery of records from the County Council's off- site storage contractor
· use records management systems to track and index the records held by, or on behalf of, the County Council
We are looking for someone who is well organised with a positive attitude. This is a temporary role currently running until 31st December 2024.
