Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.

* Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in using business software and tools.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
