Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) AGENCY

Working Hours: [Day/Night/Weekend Shifts/Rotational

Salary Range: 23 DAYS 26 NIGHTS AND SAT 30 SUNDAYS]

Start Date: [ASAP

* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a ward-based setting.

* Manage patient admissions, discharges, and daily care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

* Monitor and assess patients' mental health and physical wellbeing during their stay.

* Administer medication and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

* Provide therapeutic interventions and ensure the safety of patients and staff within the ward environment.

* Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including patient records and handovers.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of care standards within the ward
