The Role:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet our quality standards and are produced efficiently. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with key responsibilities including:

* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

* Assisting in the production line and packaging products

* Following health and safety guidelines and company protocols

* Conducting quality checks on products

* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and enjoys working in a team. The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment (desirable but not essential)

* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused

* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

* Good communication skills
