Description

Generalist HR Administration, responsible for managing the people team inbox
Ensuring the HR data/files are accurate and compliant at all times

Resolve general enquiries, escalating to the Senior HR Manager where necessary
Managing the onboarding process for new starters i.e right to work checks

Managing the leavers process ensuring the return of all company equipment

Refine administration processes looking for opportunities to improve efficiency wherever possible

Provide all administration support to the function, raising POs, taking minutes and other administration duties as assigned by the Senior HR Manager or CHRO.

Run the non-complicated Payroll processProfile

Strong organisational and administrative skills
Previous experience of HR administration and the full HR Life cycle
Microsoft Office software and hardware applications knowledge
Payroll Experience
