Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting senior quantity surveyors in cost management, contract administration, and procurement

* Assisting in the preparation of bills of quantities, valuations, and variations

* Monitoring project costs and ensuring budgets are adhered to

* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Contributing to project meetings and reporting on financial progress

About You:

* 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within construction

* Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work

* Keen to work on a variety of projects and take ownership of tasks

* Desire to grow and develop within a fast-paced commercial builder

* Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
