Company Overview

We are currently working with a growing M&E Contractor who have a brilliant reputation within the London markets and is looking for Mechanical Project Engineer working on one of their landmark Data Centre sites for the tier 1 contractor with the project based in North Acton.

The contractor has just had a record breaking year with a company turnover of around £500m .They have contracts with some of the biggest contractors within the industry such as MACE, Overbury, ISG and more so they are in a fantastic place with a loads of room to progress with the company.

Duties

* Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager & Mechanical Manager

* Attendance of meetings on-site

* Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time

* Overseeing technical submittals

* Dealing with sub - contractors

* Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages

* Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client

Requirements

* SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed

* Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred

* Relevant Mechanical Qualification

* Has experience within commercial projects

* Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer with little impute from a Project lead when required

* Stable CV

* Must have a good understanding of the Data Centre Industry/Projects
