CMA Recruitment Group is working with a growing organisation based in Basingstoke who are looking for a Treasury/Tax specialist to join their Finance Team.  You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and will be qualified or qualified by experience.  Your role will play a pivotal part in managing the company's tax, compliance and treasury operations. What will the Treasury/Tax Manager role involve?

Oversee the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management activities.
Lead weekly global cash analysis and bank reconciliation files.
Prepare and present regular reports on tax and treasury activities
Prepare and review corporate tax & VAT
Manage relationship with HMRC for any VAT and other tax reviews
Coordinate the accounts preparation and external statutory supported by the Financial Controller and senior financial accountant.
Suitable Candidate for the Treasury/Tax Manager vacancy:

Qualified - CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent with 5 years’ experience working within Tax/Treasury.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of UK, European tax laws and regulations.
