Due to increased workload and growth, our client are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

? About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled professional with experience working on luxury bespoke one-off houses ? and/or industrial and commercial properties ?, with project values ranging from £1 million to £4 million ?.

✅ Requirements:
SMSTS certification is a must ?
CSCS certification preferred but not essential ?
Proven experience managing high-value projects ?️
Strong leadership and communication skills ?
