We are working with a well respected medium sized M&E contractor with a turnover of circa £40m and a strong presence delivering across the commercial fit out sector for leading main contractors who are looking for a mechanical supervisor to join their business to initially work on a £4m M&E cat A (and a little bit of cat B) scheme near Charring Cross.

Reporting to a mechanical project manager you will join from the very beginning of the scheme and be tasked with managing and motivating a section of the specialist mechanical subcontractor packages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee mechanical operations and liaise with subcontractors and the general contractor (GC)

* Ensure project milestones are met and assist with closing out the project

* Manage mechanical installations and ensure all work complies with quality and safety standards

* Provide leadership on-site, resolving issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

* Experience: Previous experience in large-scale main contracting projects, specifically with M&E subcontractors or general contractors

* Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required

* Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes
