Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting with medication administration
Providing emotional support and encouragement
Accompanying service users on outings and activities
Maintaining a safe and supportive living environment
Completing necessary documentation
Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2)
Experience working with individuals with support needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
