Automotive Service Manager required in Southampton

We're looking for someone with the commercial awareness and customer focus to drive the department to the next level. You'll be process-driven, with the ability to review, improve and implement processes where necessary.

Ideally you'll have experience with a Prestige Manufacturer (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Bentley, JLR etc.) however this isn't essential as long as you're used to high Manufacturer standards relating to CSI, retention etc. Attitude is key here.

The role will be primarily Monday-Friday working hours, with flexibility required to suit the business needs.
