If so an overstaffed, undersubscribed special needs college in Slough is looking to take on 3 SEN Lecturer Lecturer's to support in their Post 16 unit.
The school teach a bespoke curriculum which is focussed on ensuring students of the college can live independently following completion of their courses. Learning mainly prioritises, enterprise and employability, friends and relationships, and functional life skills.
Classes at the college are made up by a maximum of 10 students, with 8-10 Learning Support Assistants to focus on the students' needs - meaning your role would be entirely teaching and learning focussed.

Permanent Contract - Starting ASAP
Lecturer scale £34,561 - £45,018 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
Monday - Friday - 22 Teaching Hours a week
Teach Monday-Thurs with Friday being a planning and enrichment day
Located in Slough
Plan and differentiate lessons for 7-10 students in each class with PMLD
Ensuring support staff are aware of lesson plans and objectives

Experience with PMLD and complex needs
Diploma in Education and Training
Degree at 1st Class or 2:1 level
Teaching experience with students who have special needs
Strong communication skills
