Contracts Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a successful Main Contractor who cover various projects across heritage, residential, commercial and education up to £25m.

About the role of Contracts Manager

This is a newly created role is due to significant number of new projects being won, this role will see you delivering high quality projects

Responsibilities for Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager will report into the Operations Manager and have a team reporting into them made up of Project Managers
Managing multiple contracts, ensuring they are running smoothly and keeping on track with the clients expectations
Preparation of tenders at initial stages through to final stages and building relationships with clients
Reporting to the senior management team on projects and responsible for programming, working with the design team

The ideal Contracts Manager should have:

Looking for a dynamic leader who can make decisions, be solution led and has good attention people management and client relationships
Design and build experience is essential
well rounded knowledge with experience working for a Main Contractor
Managing contractors on site and ensuring they meet deadlines and expectations
Experience working on projects up to £15m

What we offer:

£80,000 - £ 85,000
