Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of our students. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all children are engaged and supported in their learning journey, both in group settings and on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and activities

Support individual and small group work to enhance children's learning

Provide pastoral care to pupils, ensuring their well-being and emotional development

Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment

Help with the preparation and organization of resources and materials

Monitor and track pupils' progress and report any concerns to the teacher

Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with children in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)

Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential

Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Be patient, proactive, and adaptable

Have a willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the school's ethos

Hold relevant qualifications or training (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent, although we are open to candidates with the right attitude and passion)
