Technical Services Manager

Working with an exceptional sustainability Manufacturer going through rapid growth, we are in search for a Technical Services Manager to join their team!

This role will primarily focus on managing production, facilities, and maintenance. You will also be a representative in all building related projects and production related machinery installations and upgrades.

Responsibilities:

* Provide Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) leadership to improve processes, equipment, staff awareness and training

* Devise suitable KPI’s and reports to ensure that performance is tracked and improved.

* Ensure that the Engineering team have the necessary training, competence, knowledge and both technical and leadership skills in order to achieve KPI targets.

* Contribute to CI focused projects

Requirements:

* Manufacturing/Automation experience

* Hands-on maintenance experience (electrical background preferred)

* Health and safety knowledge
