Specifications Sales Manager - Roofing

Location:

Northwest preferably within 30 min of Manchester or Liverpool, Field based role

Our client is a global leader in Flat/Pitched roofing solutions covering the broadest product range and solution offerings available on the market. Due to expanded growth, they are now seeking an experienced Specifications Sales Manager to develop and grow their presence across the northwest. 

Main remit would be to engage with Architects, Contractors and sub-contractors to gain specification projects in flat roofing both in refurb and new build projects. 

Experience in Specification Sales to market flat roofing systems to architects, builders, local authorities, etc through Specifications providing detailed technical data to secure new and repeat business.
Responsibilities include specifying products, generating sales revenue from new and existing clients.
Must be experienced in CPD presentations with relevant experience across the target market. 
The role encompasses a varied sales environment with a focus on both commercial and residential sectors. 
Candidates must meet targets for appointment rates, sales revenue, and customer retention. 
Main geographical focusses will be on Manchester and Liverpool with an eye on broader Northwest clientele 
Must have experience in Specification sales, preferably in flat roofing or related.

Salary/Package:

Base: £50K – £60K PA

Bonus: up to 100% of salary (Averages are £10K – £15K Per Quarter)
