SENIOR SOUS CHEF is required for a new opening in London, this is a high-end restaurant serving Spanish/Mediterranean high-end dishes. Senior sous chef required to be part of the opening of this new kitchen. You will support the head chef in the launching of the restaurant and menu. Salary package is £40-50k and hours is 45hrs a week.

The role
As a Senior Sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. you will help create Mediterranean high-end dishes for the restaurant, that will have a Spanish influence. You will run the kitchen for the head chef, ensure the kitchen ready for service, step into any sections not doing well. This role will include all your standard senior sous chef duties.

Expeirence
We are looking for a senior sous chef who has knowledge of Mediterranean cookery and ideally some Spanish cookery knowledge too. You will have a high-end restaurant background with good knife skills.
