Are you a highly experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with a passion for leading teams and delivering high-profile property consultancy services? I have partnered with an award-winning national property consultancy, to find an exceptional Associate Director to join their dynamic team.

The Role:

You will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring the delivery of strategic solutions to public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities for the Building Surveyor:

Lead and inspire a team of property professionals, ensuring robust performance management and operational excellence.
Oversee income, expenditure, and the achievement of financial targets for the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities.
Contribute to the business plan objectives and growth targets, ensuring best practice across the team.What We're Looking for from the Building Surveyor:

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
Strong client relationship management skills and a commercial mindset.
Willingness to travel regularly between the two offices.What's on Offer for the Building Surveyor:
